Brief on Speaker
Ms. Keli is not a licensed counselor nor a psychologist. However, she is currently, pursuing her PsyD. in Counseling Psychology.
In addition, Ms. Keli is a speaker and author of her autobiographical journey
to healing "Awaken the Silence, When Silence Isn't Golden."
Ms. Keli has been working with survivors and victims of CSA, homelessness,
domestic violence, rape and incest since 2005.
This dynamic speaker teaches "Religious
Perspectives" throughout different denominations, she empowers her
audiences by using her incredible journey of healing and change. Ms. Keli is a
survivor of many issues stemming from childhood sexual abuse, marital rape,
abortions, domestic violence, the occult, spiritual abuse, obesity, anorexia,
family racial tension, low self esteem, and dyslexia.
“There was a point in my life that
the world seemed to have given up on me including my parents, family and
inevitably myself, however, I learned that if I desire to be happy, I must
choose to change my perspective in life. Happiness is what you make of it.”
Life’s experiences:
Throughout Ms. Keli’s life, she did not
know how to function because of her past. Adversity was all that Ms. Keli knew
until 1996 when she chose to take control of her thoughts and actions by cognitively
releasing ALL her abusers and past hurts. It was a choice that ultimately
changed her life. Now, Ms. Keli is a leader within her community, leading women
and men into recovery from their past hurts.
Ms. Keli's choice to change helped her
achieve a new life and have healthy relationships which allowed her to leave
the past where it needs to be…in the past. She chose to live in the NOW. Ms.
Keli has achieved many life goals, she is an entrepreneur, former Make-Up
Artist & FX working with high profile actors and music artists, she has developed
dynamic relationships with government officials and dignitaries, served as COO,
and have sat on several boards. Ms. Keli is Founder and CEO of HYPE Seminars
and Executive Director for the “ReBorn Identity” BlogTalkRadio.
